MOCA has three locations, the
Geffen Contemporary, The Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood,
and the main branch which is located downtown across the street
from the Walt Disney Concert Hall.
Funding to support “Under the Big Black Sun: California Art
1974 -1981,” a comprehensive survey exhibition featuring breakthrough
works in a variety of media by 125 California artists. The exhibition
is part of the Getty’s Pacific Standard Time initiative. Scheduled
for October 2011 - February 2012 at The Geffen Contemporary.
